– Woo! I’m beat. This one was harder than the last one. So you see the workout video I did with me in the red pants? This is a lot harder ’cause
these are one minute exercises and it’s only 10 minutes. I am dripping bullets of sweat. So, I hope you enjoyed this video. If you’re new here please

nutritious specialist, this is still hard. I’m going hard for one minute. Okay? And I’m doing it for 10 rounds. So if you’re short on time I promise you this workout will work. And I think my side points were looking a little
sloppy in my opinion, but that’s something I can work on. My left oblique is just weaker and I was dying especially
