what's up guys cause Bobby back here again I'm gonna go to Circus on a Monday or Tuesday a big body big muscle groups hold more glycogen right so those days a week Monday Tuesday we win things I try to get my big muscle groups back chest nice so when I go to is my back of chest is intense station circuit that I do back chest back chest back chest back to that chest I work 45 seconds and I rest and rotate 15 to make sure I'll push myself I go to a number an aggregate number right so I go like thousand reps total so I count the whole round up to whatever it is I've been out there the sensation is 10 minutes I'll take a break but I won't be done that's when I get to a thousand rest so I'm gonna round 3 now the first two round I did two 8255 I'm at five thirty five total five thirty five total so this is down three one up and wait a little bit my pressures so I probably won't get 535 this time but the first round gives me a little cushion alright so follow me around I'll be quiet cuz it's pretty fast pace and pretty challenging that's a great way to get a lot of stuff done in a short amount of time so an aggregate it takes me about under an hour each each circuit it's 10 minutes take a break and repeat it so I at most would take 4 rounds at most 10 minutes 4 times 40 minutes on task because of the great time all right come on me no masses my details haven't eaten I don't need to write until 3 so I'm looking out and ketones and amino acids and some poutine alright I suppose oh hey Morty that's 40 bout press next whoo 70s go [Applause] listen to this please this is bad back squeeze ah we got flies Oh honey guys don't arrest my Rose next ropes it's not 35 decline push-ups there we go ah 135 why me come on now what is that reproach lies apply yeah so guys I got 225 when that run okay goes round three 255 what is it 7:30 by seven 35 35 75 735 your face about 35 foot 200 735 790 97 99 that's my guy it's one for two more to go my last one so you wanna gonna fight like you don't like that because that's one of primal instincts but we're design we're wired to respond to that so we find the danger we respond to competition to respond to the fight that way in so many they don't know that but you want to fight then fight to be fitter like to save your family about to be all you can beautiful you die if I can keep the attention of your kids of your wife of your employees right I'll fight every day to be better than yesterday right so my mantra my mom took beats you why make some fancy-ass mantra I mean that right better then yesterday I mean so average is where we are right you are huh fit you are you God right that's it right now you're average compared to that records anymore so it's a fight against the pools like a pool a pool to the media right to the mini writing statistics right everybody disposed here if I was put here to the middle right financially right relationship-wise Fitness one we're all here poor to the median like some of us fall depressive and come down here but most of us aren't here you must want to be here right greatness right I want to be here right so when you in the middle of a workout or study sessions or time with your family right you proved to stop to be average to be here I'm telling you to fight back that's why I yell because I got one what I do my trying Wednesday kicks thing because everybody's pulling me here right there fine while you're ready you okay with you out just stay there you know thirty minutes is enough right even though I said 35 my head at thirty out of their thirties enough no it's not enough I want to be here not here will be here okay so fight where I love damn you have one more safe right fight for what you want to be in life okay I'll try I've got a big girl car money yeah I thought what you want to be in life hi guys have a good day
