FOR WOMEN NOT WORKING OUT? JEN: TIME. >> THIS IS A GOOD WAY TO MAKE
TIME AT HOME. THIS IS A BROOMSTICK. BUT ACTUALLY, YOU CAN GO TO A
DEPARTMENT STORE AND JUST GET A
STRAIGHT STICK. I PUT TAPE AROUND IT, ELECTRICAL
TAPE TO MAKE IT FANCY LOOKING
AND EASY ON THE HANDS. JEN: YOU'VE ADDED THE RESISTANCE
BAND. >> MOST PEOPLE HAVE RESISTANCE
BANDS. YOU CAN START USING YOURS. BASICALLY, YOU'RE DOING CHEST
PRESS, SHOULDER PRESS. WE DID A BICEP CURL. NOW WE'RE GOING TO JUMP OFF AND
DO A CHEST EXTENSION. SO THIS IS COOL BECAUSE IT'S
CARDIOVASCULAR TRAINING AS WELL. YOU CAN JUMP UP. JEN: I'M GOING TO KEEP GOING. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A PARTNER TO
WORK OUT WITH, PUT IT AROUND A
POLE, A CHAIR. >> JUST LIKE GOING TO THE GYM. CIRCUIT TRAINING, USING THE
STICK AND THE BANDS, THIS IS
UNDER 20 BUCKS. JEN: LOOK HOW FANTASTIC THAT IS. >> SHE'S GOING TO JUMP OFF AND
WE'RE GOING TO WORK THE BACK. JEN: I JUST TOLD HER HOW GREAT
HER BACK LOOKS. SO THAT THAT'S A ROW. SO THAT'S WORKING THE BICEPS AND
THE BACK. JEN: DOES IT WORK A DIFFERENT
MUSCLE IF SHE WERE TO PUT HER
HANDS FORWARD? >> YOU CAN DO AN OVERHAND GRIP. THAT'S WORKING MORE THE BICEPS
MORE AND THE TRAPS. SO IT'S HIGH UP IN THE BACK
RIGHT BELOW THE SHOULDER BLADES. YOU CAN SEE THE DIFFERENCE
THERE. SO THAT'S A DIFFERENT VARIATION. GOOD POINT. NOW, WE CAN JUST WORK THE
OBLIQUES. LOVE HANDLES. SQUAT AND TWIST. JEN: THOUGH IT DOESN'T HAVE
WEIGHT ON IT, YOU'RE WORKING
BODY WEIGHT. >> TRIMMING THE WAISTLINE,
GETTING READY FOR THE BEACH. JEN: DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME
TOMORROW. >> WE'RE GOING TO FINISH WITH A
SIDE BEND TO STRETCH IT OUT, TO
GET A GOOD YOGA STRETCH. >> HOLD IT THERE FOR FIVE
SECONDS, GO TO THE OTHER SIDE. THAT WAY, YOU HAVE A GOOD CARDIO
WORKOUT, RESISTANCE TRAINING AND
A GOOD STRETCH AT THE END. JEN: SOMETHING DIFFERENT THAN
THE BANDS. >> SOMETHING DIFFERENT, WORK OUT
AT HOME. JEN: YOU'VE GOT TO GO BECAUSE
