  1. This helped me out so much for gym class because this is what we're starting this unit and I had no idea what I was doing, I know i'm 6 years late, but thanks so much, helped me memorize these steps 🙂

  2. your stance is wrong. You put on foot back like you said, but you turn BOTH feet towards the target at 15 degrees, not 45 degrees. You get your back tension by facing your shoulders o the left of the target. When you move your shoulders, (not you hip) you should then be facing thee target. You hip stays in place. When coming to your anchor, you go out first then you come back up to you anchor, then you expand…expand… and shoot. It is fairly obvious that u didn't use your back…
