  2. This is a nice beginner or 'easy' tabata workout, kinda nice to break up the intensity every now and then

  3. Is there a workout plan for these new excersices? Because the old plan (summer shape-upcallenge) doesn't include the new ones :/

  4. Great workout. Only thing I couldn't do was the jumping lunges due to a knee injury. So i just did regular lunges instead.

  5. THEY could have let us knw what was coming next we did the butt bridge then gotta get up to do the lungs tha was my 10min break right there getting up lol

  6. Okay im confused, we got shown two things repeated multiple times. Yet on the info box there are like 10 things listed? 'which are you meant to do?
