  5. Hi . I tried your workout and found it very helpful. I had 2 knee replacements in 3 years and a stroke between operations so it’s been hard to get my fitness and weight back on track. The only thing I really can’t do is kneel. Are you able to suggest an alternative as even with cushions I’m in pain and have been told not to do this! Many thanks.

  18. could you post exercises that target the spine.. especially for pain in the spine from the neck till the tail bone. i have terrible pain and stiffness every morning.
