  5. sorry man, id hate to burst your bubble but the ecto,meso,endomorph an theory is from the 60s, back when eugenics was a big thing. Every scientist of its time and ours disputed and laughed at this theory, probably for a good reason. There is something to be said for frame size though, but keep in mind bigger wrist does not mean bigger ankle, so our skeletons dont have the same proportions, so that goes out the window. And frame size and metabolism and hunger hormone secretion have pretty much no correlation.
