  4. Lots of trash talkers. Instead of supporting a great channel, they bash it. This guy is honest and isn't deceiving the viewers. So he isn't as huge as some other people, well that's because this is what you call natural muscle mass. Let's be honest, there is a lot of fake "natural" bodybuilder on youtube lying to their viewers. People killing themselves thinking they are going to as big as them. Just jook at some of the obvious natural bodybuilders on youtube who have been working out 10-15 years+, they have great developed bodies, but it took time and dedication. Now take a look at your favorite fake natty bodybuilder. Hmm how is it they have wayyy more muscle mass then the other guys and are much much younger? Support the channel, don't hate on it.

  5. if you have no time to go to the Gym. Here's what I've learned.  #1 Your body will react to Squats or Deadlifts for 3 days.  #2 Triple Muscle groups like Abs, Back and Chest will also have a 3 day body reaction.  What that means is that as long as you hit Squat or Deadlifts hard and 3 days later you hit a Triple Muscle group. You don't need to be at the gym all the time.  M-F = 2 days at the gym   Sat-Sun =1 Day of jogging. THAT'S IT..!!! eat right and do this you'll be in top shape. Trust, I've done this for years and I'm 37' solid 202LBS.

  7. just done this,its very good,i suggest getting your weights set up first so you can stick with the vid,a barbell you can curl 30 times and two dumbells you can chest fly with and go for it. im sweating now,nice work!!
