hi I'm Amanda fitness trainer and aqua bagged professional today we're going to talk about throwing punches on the aqua bag in a circuit training style you can start each routine at 3 minutes you're going to go on for 4 rounds in between each of those rounds you'll have an active reps let's get started you're going to start out in the first circuit you're going to strike the bag with your jab 15 times or 15 seconds then we're going to add in that right cross for 15 more seconds the left hook will follow behind that for 15 more seconds the right book follows behind that 15 more seconds make sure you're breathing throughout your routine you want to make sure that you feed those off those muscles also watch it we're going to come in follow that up with left uppercut and then follow that right behind at the right uppercut at the very end you're going to burn it out we're going to start out with those straight punches 30 seconds long keep it right there then you're going to switch on to those left or left and right hook for 30 more seconds finishing help around with uppercuts 30 more seconds at the end of that round you're going to go into active rest with jumping jacks jump squats or lunges whichever works for you just keep that heart rate up you less thank you for watching if you'd like to see more click us up on aquaplaning bank comm or Facebook and Twitter you
