hi guys go and here the weather's bad and practices may be canceled so we are gonna do a little arms AB and of course today just like yesterday we'll do a quick circuit seven exercises do them three times through the first exercise is push-ups with an incline the second is ankle taps the third are super women fourth plank jacks the fifth one is V sit up the sixth one is shoulder fly sorry all the noises though working out Fitness work on here in Portland and then the seventh is a side shuffle with a knee high hold so I'm going to go through one whole circuit with you guys and then we will I'm gonna rest with your units and repeat it so then you guys can go ahead and do the same great okay so push up Simon employment is the first one and we're gonna go for 25 when the next one is in code that's really near harm and the ground take your jobs are next yesterday we get inside clean jobs today just regular food trucks in there didn't clean and then you can go out and in so we're going to do 30 of those that's my baby don't so I'm going to start in the ignition and walk up and we have been 25 [Applause] let's wail right now we have shoulder clay so I have some barbell here but anything or just really all right last one I think I need we are going to do forty's from the each side [Applause] two more times
