Cross Country Ski Circuit Training Part 3of3

this is the first exercise in the third circuit what it's going to do is we're going to be working the hip underneath here this side of the hip so you're laying with your leg bent top leg straight and floating and you just come up so now we're working the muscle under here which is skiing keeps your leg your knees from going in so you want to keep the body straight most will work here you'll feel it here if you need weight on it you just put the weight in your hand and put it on your hip and you'll see that in the demo video now when you turn over to do the other side keep in mind that one leg will be stronger than the other and the other leg will have more endurance than the other so when you take the test make sure that you keep that in mind when you start to use weight on your hip and this is from the side of the leg excited to have go now we're on to see the kid and we know this works the back of the leg now to work the front of the leg we can do it on this machine just as easily by putting your heels on the machine and just you need somebody to help you pick it up to take put this here and work your ankle in the opposite direction so you're working both sides of the lower leg now remember with all of these circuits just be going through three times so like the first one you go through three times you can start the circuit if you're training with a team you can start two circuits because they're set up in a way that you can do one circuit one group can do one circuit first another group can do another circuit first a third group into a third circuit four so you can have two or three people training by doing separate machines and different the different circuits so that when you get into a gym in a real situation the problem becomes is like you got ten people in the gym and how many pieces of equipment do you have so this is way we're set up so that we can take that into consideration simple thank you man
