today we have a challenging juggernaut
circuit for you to follow you're gonna be working all the muscles
of the body top to toe and the challenge is to hit 30 reps on each of the seven
exercises. by keeping rest periods to a minimum you'll keep your heart rate up
burning fat as you go so we're starting with jumping squats, go
low as possible to the floor and explode up 30 reps now down on the floor for renegade rows
legs apart fairly light weight, five rows each side then change for a total of 30

finisher straight up on your feet again for
