  2. What I want to  know is what exercises I need to do to develop those
    massive, cannonball shoulders that gymnast get.  Anybody know??

  3. thats a good circuit. Those guys that backed out thou… thats weak of them that circuit not even that hard they should of stepped up.

  4. during the rope climb all of your legs were all over the place, shouldn't you keep them straight with tip toes?

  6. Coming down the rope is hard for me, because I've used up all my energy going up and I get lazy coming down and I go too fast and get rope burn.. Ouch

  7. I am a big fan of "Make It Our Break It" and want to lose some wait and be moor healthy. Gymnastic isn't a big sport in my country but it seems so fun! Can you please do a video for beginners? Greetings from Sweden
