  1. Great video but these horses are so wrongly muscled. Their under neck is so strong because of always going hollow… Very unhealthy

  2. Thank you for posting this. I used to ride all the time when I was little (from ages 7 all the way to 18), but I have, since that age, gained quite a bit of weight & have seriously gotten out of practice. Now, I can't even ride bareback without almost falling off. I know that I need to lose the weight, but it's great to know that I've got some riding exercises I can do that can reestablish my seat since I'm wanting to become a professional barrel racer. I can't wait to start doing these. I have hope again. 🙂

  4. Im confused…. there's a paint in that group of horses (black/white)… not all AQHA's. Right? Still a good clip though lol.

  5. Great day! As a new rider, I can't imagine trotting without hanging on for dear life! This is a great video, though, with goals in mind for myself.
