  1. Before you start shooting everyday, if your slingshot has a wrist brace, check if its secure, just yesterday my brace broke and my slingshot flew into my face tearing a small hole that needed stitches, easily could have lost an eye, stay safe.

  2. You should make a pipe going from the bottom of the box to the candy dispenser with all your ammo

  3. The sport of slingshot shooting will never catch on and be as popular in the U.S.A as it is in the United Kingdom.
I say this because yes Bill Hays is a great shot but a lot of his videos consist of “watch me light this match”
“Now, watch me put out the match”
“Watch me cut this card in half”
Newcomers to slingshots see his videos and quickly become discouraged because they realize how difficult it is to light matches & cut cards in half.
Rarely do you see a SS shooter from the U.K. stroking his ego by lighting matches & cutting cards in half.
If the SS shooting sport is ever to progress in the U.S.A.
then people like Bill Hays should concentrate their efforts on making videos to trouble shoot the mistakes that beginners are making so that they can correct problems they are having shooting a SS.

  4. Love that target box, Fowler! Great lesson, however, I think you forgot to wear safety glasses…safety first, sir. I bought an Axiom Champ off your site and, brother, I love it! So much more ergonomic than my Daisy models which are being retired to a box in the attic. I want to buy another model, the Scout, which can accommodate the surgical tubes as well as the flat bands. The Scout and a Bug Out Bottle will go into my Bug Out Bag. Thanks for turning me onto Simple Shot!
