  3. Rather well done, exercises make sense, glad to see that static stretching is finally abandoned. But: to mobilise you lower back don't do rotation in full flexion, you're blocking the lumbar spine joints in full flexion and there is no potential for rotation left. Rotations while standing in a "normal" upright position are more effective.
