In Nae Taekwondo at the YMCA

I run a traditional Taekwondo program as well as a sport program that focuses on developing athletes to compete at the international and international level as far as for the USA I've worked for the YMCA three years as a childcare director and as a site director and at that point I left the why to pursue my career as a window instructor and once I was developed in that I reached out to them to to start a program and the Global Alliance here it's very easy for me to decide to work through the YMCA because my experience there is working with them and also they represent the same values that Taekwondo that well it's one thing I stress – Taekwondo is that the discipline in that is self respect that you have to have for yourself also you know as far as their career in psyche Wando if they become national champions junior champions international champions but that's not what I stress I stress to the character that they develop as they grow through the process of psyche want and if they become successful in life than I feel like as an instructor I was successful you know it's so important in in any part of society to have people have role models kids adults anyone to have people that they can look up to people that show that poise that dedication for whatever they do that passion for whatever they do and if younger athletes or younger kids can see that and you know it helps them to to strive to be the best they can be and having good role models and good good instructors is part of that you
