  1. Looks great. This kind of workouts are usual on Crossfit, though instead of Squat Jumps they'd give you a squat with bar something like that, and bench press and some other variations with weights.

So i am skinny like very skinny (ectomorph) i have recently joined the gym and i go 3-4 times a week i do calisthenics because it seems to be the best for skinny people and i really enjoy it. Is there any specific exersices or tips do get really defined mucsle? Thanks

  6. Hey! I was wondering, how many times per week do you work out? I am used to going to the gym about 5 days a week with two rest days but how would you schedule your training? Like how many workouts focused on upper body strength, how many focused on lower body strength, core and fat burning/cardio workouts per week? I am trying to get used to more calisthenics type of workout and trying to move towards street workout type of training but i am kind of stuck in between if you know what i mean. Anyhow keep the good work up! Cheers!

  7. Nice video man! I enjoyed it a lot! I just started calisthenics, am 16 years old and man this inspires me to keep going. However I do have a question, how should I combine training with school and eating? With that I mean how much should I train per week? Should I do it everyday or rest now and then?

  8. I'm in good shape and did the advanced routine. . . It Kicked My Ass! After my second rotation I threw up a ton. Thumbs up for underestimating body weight workouts haha
