Jump Rope Circuit Training : Criss Cross Jump Rope Circuit Training Exercises



I know your legs are feeling it, your legs
are probably burning a little bit. We still have more to do. We're going to do another
three minute round, jumping rope. This time we're going to do the criss cross. Normally
if you have a jump rope and you're good, then you can go ahead, if you have good coordination,
just jump rope and do the regular criss cross with your hands. However, if you're using
the air ropes like I am, like I'm demonstrating today, then we're going to criss cross with
our legs. That's going to really take a little bit more coordination. What we're going to
do, start with your legs together. Just go out and criss cross. You want to cross different
legs forward and back. Use your arms as if you were jumping rope, and breathe. We're
going to do this for three minutes. Keep going for three minutes and we still have more strength
for you ahead.
