  2. These are definitely not for beginners. I love your videos and ur bod but this isn't for beginners.. Usually beginners are a bit lazed out, slightly demotivated and out of shape and form you need to go very slow and with easy exercises

  4. Just started yesterday trying to get back in shape and loose some weight. 6'5 and 270lbs of pretty kuch bones and fat. Cut out most sugar from diet besides fruits and other natural sugars and following this routine every morning excep sunday and doung a few others throughout the day. Heres to hoping i come back to the comment section a more healthy man.

  5. I watched till the end, and my brain had almost convinced me once again I had done the work out. Then a thought popped in my head shortly after: "Okay now go rest on the bed, grab that remote, and put Netflix on you sucker." Almost fell for it, but then I suddenly remembered I still actually had to do the work out. Oh my sneaky little brain, always trying to derail my plans for exercise at every corner….
