okay so mom but do this circuit training and martial arts practice at the end of you is your gait trainer so the first step maybe you can speed up to the second half if you want my turn my earlier video how my routine is kind of intuitive so I do so much and everything and it's good to go on kind of feeling a lot of ways and another set routine so I can get more out of things so first one I'm maxing interrupts put some music on and then take it off for the second half just nothing too much talk okay training you don't want to be doing too much talking anyway like blogging type activity in the second half of the video yeah let's get started yeah cuz I get it – kind of a routine of putting video on at the same day same time same day but then it's good to like change it up that way how you make things different possibly better maybe worse no you're better but uh hadn't done one of these a little bit so um yeah I was thinking I want to do like some calisthenics in karate and then I was just thinking about it so uh circuit training is pretty good circuit training that's very good for general conditioning martial arts conditioning no loosens you up and everything and builds all the everything you need for physical fitness strength endurance and flexibility Oh same time so um yeah actually I'll put some music on this first step no the music playlist I have on my own on my youtube channel and and the next half I'll take it off and the two longing and martial arts practice [Applause] one thing all right pretty good done I got a pretty good track of that just lifted the checklist so um Parkay about the interview more so I started a little love a little break pretty intense music so funny stuff to talk about but go ahead and just do quick form some nice transitionary notes keep things going on wait too long music hidden all the furniture running yes I was thinking about earlier today I guess I have a few things I kinda want to talk about but so I'd like the radical all six was early 20s just start just a couple of years but one point during that time towards the end of that time I was working at that hotel I think this the FBI agents came in I was working with me and I was about 22 the time and he was about like 35 36 something like that I thought it was like some kind of New World Order Lackey something like that only or whatever yeah he was mean as all the top school intimidation tactics and bullying here but not so well kind of like a big passion for martial arts and everything and I guess things changed periods of your life always mean Fincher physical exercise different kinds of exercise and so exercise can be a pretty broad endeavor so at the time I was 22 and I was dealing with this I think he's like an FBI agent something like that he was some kind of government worker what yeah I was just into like bodybuilding and now it's kind of out of like regular martial arts practice and so don't want that that guy and everything this is a big difference between 20s and 30s just manhood and all that but you know I felt like it a fight or whatever you know if it's hold my own or whatever but it was just kind of like a wake-up call I go oh I might have all these agents or whatever come down bust am i doing the bill and I never ever have to be ready for any one of these guys so I have to just kind of be like a wake-up call and change change back to more like martial arts and that's wrong that kind of been been at this type of the circuit training a little relaxed during the session I've been hadn't been doing circuit training runs Illinois Jacob not specific to circuit training got a little more intense the end of the workout but yeah I've developed this this saw building take on anyone pretty much whoever comes on and so it's just a little different from its regular style to work it out well that's what I was going to say so when I was in high school everything I would work out first let's throw twice a day and then three times dating and then three times maybe four times a day and then I would do once a day we can bodybuilding so maybe go for a walk or whatever just listen focus on that maybe twice a day like there's a leg workout lifting and then the leg workout leg stretching after the labor get a couple hours later so muscles once a day so then when I got into felt like I needed to defend myself I noticed I was 22 right so I couldn't need to work out as much didn't they do I three times a day it was like once a day maybe twice a day just all I need because mainly focus on the physical conditioning and that suits you to the detect technical execution but technical execution is still a type of physical conditioning that's not coming interesting story I have noticed my body's coming together a lot better shape then it was my earlier videos I think the big thing was was having told my dad and stuff so he got me Baker acted about a year ago and then gave me a couple of dollar five shots that's it just talks you that everything up takes about a solid year but I guess not everything everything happens for a reason I'm talking about Big Brother I wasn't really good before that I guess I need something slowed down but yeah thanks about a year get back to normal working twice as hard for a result twice as hard for half the results yes he's always had me turn to get out of me somehow I would take my dad's mouth once wants me on that stuff it talks you up real bad it's like old Soviet Soviets our control mitigation everyone's shits real bad all right this is pretty interesting thought experiment how you feel on that stuff very sober I guess a bit door six all the magic out of life everything's really don't really do more and when I need to go that won't today see our guest stern on to all I guess Mustangs too much Thursday yeah when to all night Tuesday night liking young Americans back 12 hours awfully funny a little cover even nuts worked out Wednesday morning so I went online Tuesday night a little soft year that Wednesday morning and then sucked about five or six hours smoked a couple hours and then I went for a nice little walk and then looked back to about five or six hours woke up went for a walk eight for another walk with the bed full full about seven hours and then woke up for maybe an hour is that four hours just today and all right so yeah be right back another form right quick just recently change this one always do this I'll probably change it now this move on to another form but came to me in a dream do this move in a form and then I just picked it out wrong again [Applause] what I need to get done at me on circuit training is better try to hold back a little bit try not to know too much all out in this workout yeah I was talking about this people my dad brought so his problem the Iranian pawn shop owner he's bragging bunch of guys who are I'd say the great majority of them are Nazi sympathizers or Nazis like I saw aren't any real Nazis anymore was a historical thing but neo-nazis I guess and so they're into this eternal recurrence idea you know repeats itself so a high school teacher who was in the nature I was in the Eastern philosophy martial arts he was in the Western so we had other gives off trade off information trade off so yeah here swimming this book Nietzsche so this is Walter Kaufmann and so this little paragraph in here that talks about refutation eternal recurrence so symbol has offered I'm gonna do my some kind of reading about thinking about doing that in an earlier video yes someone has offered a very elegant reputation that Nietzsche's attempted proof of the eternal occurrence of the same events even if there were exceedingly few things in a finite space an infinite time they would not have to repeat the same configurations suppose there were three wheels of equal side rotating on the same axis one point marked on the circumference of each wheel and these three points lined up in one straight line if the second wheel rotated twice as fast as the first and if the speed and third wheel was one over pi as soon as soon as that pi of the speed of the first the initial lineup
