  1. I was wondering as there are circuit training #1, 2, 3, 4 now is it advisable to do say for eg: Circuit #1 on a Monday, rest on Tuesday, Circuit #2 Wednesday, rest on Thursday and Circuit #3 on Friday and so on. Or we just stick with one circuit workout?
