Springfree trampoline I was founded by dr. Keith Alexander New Zealand his wife always said trampolines are dangerous I don't want my kids to go on them and so he said well I'm gonna create a safer one and so he took about 14 years to actually develop the Springfree trampoline and actually put into the market to sell to consumers I am managing director of Springfree trampoline Australia I'm actually a business development director with Springfree trampoline at North America I've worked with LeAnn from a global standpoint to implement new system as a part of our office and structure we have all business entities within Springfree trampolines brand we've made our own investments in technology which mean we've got a lot of disparate systems across the world and none of them generally speak to each other we sell online our consumer is global strategies across a global business you need to be aligned you need to be consistent for a weakness in both areas was a CRM set of things we got a list of 32 different CRM systems we had top criteria was it global could it be supported by four different countries was the usability friendly and what can we integrate with if it's a standalone leave research probably for ago six or seven months and we went through see your hand side we went down to the ERP and financials and ultimately we had said next week the system that we need to go forward with we went into this eyes wide open about the risk of the cloud platform it's how are you gonna help me when I don't have great internet how am I going to work on a cloud platform after we signed with next week and started our training I think we were in our first week and a half of training before I went hated anyone think to think about the speed there hasn't been a blip there's not been an issue with reliability of speed at all we have a long support period so we we have a very good warranty on a product which means we're engage with our customers for years in their backyard and keeping their families safe sort of maintain that relationship with them is very important but also to speak the same way across the consumer base because the consumer that you talk to an Australia today about their warranty will go on facebook and we'll discuss that with the consumers of your North American market oil in New Zealand market so you have to be consistent in the way that you approach people the NetSuite system gives us a lot of reporting and analysis capability so when you start looking at the data and you start looking at measuring kpi's closure rates for cases resolutions escalations gather on a customer from the perspective of where they came into the business and where they move through the business and to have senior management in be able to engage with the data all of those sorts of things you can actually start to manage your people to outcomes
