hey guys what's up my name is Savannah Glendon I'm a personal trainer and today I'm going to be running you guys through a quick show of a circuit workout today first you guys need to pick up to 10 to 15 pound dumbbells and we're gonna be doing a shoulder raise slash shoulder cold exercise first you're going to make sure that you lift your left arm up you're going to hold that in place while you do the reps with your bright pin gonna be holding your left hand out and straight wire performing shoulder raises so first you're going to let your arm out and begin the exercise 1 2 3 so control 4 5 6 7 8 nine ten switch one two three four five six seven eight nine ten both at the same time one two three four but six seven eight nine ten the nearest 30 seconds next you're going to be performing the upright row for tack one two three or then you should get you go out to new height six we're all straight initial progresses throw them up there make sure your elbows of our air holes in the deck and start pressing for twelve one two three four five six t-shirt you can track in those muscles eight nine ten eleven twelve an axis circuit so you can do all those exercises three times and that pays our shoulders okay that's when my favorites it's all that I really can do sometimes it can tailor our body but hope you guys really enjoyed that workout
