  1. What if you have naturally well muscled legs but tiny arms that are very resistant to growth? Like a human T Rex.

    This would be ideal?

  2. Great point about being more active in life I have to circles around where I live if where I have to go is in the first circle than I walk, if it is in the second circle I take my bike. Outside that then I have to drive or take the motorbike.

    I have a question, so does Circuit training avoid legs getting bigger? Or just cardio?

  4. Hi! Can we also use curcuit training as the sole training way to build muscle, Especially, if progressive overload is taken in to consideration? This way we can get both endurance and muscle mass
