  1. He's got serious physcological problems. He's like he has hunted a lion with a knife. It's just a buck and he's on top of a tree. Not a big deal.

  2. Never saw this question posed before,so gonna ask.
The others use compound, and Shane uses recurve. Has he always used a recurve,if so what's his reasoning. Mine is I just like the simple maintenance, and most deer are shot close up,so it serves my purpose.

  3. Nice buck! Also very cool to thank the veterans. I love the Leatherwood Outdoors videos. It's like hunting with friends. Keep up the good work and make more videos.

  4. There are a couple things I really appreciate about Leatherwood Outdoors,
    1) They always show the entry and exit wound
    2) They don't play annoying music during their videos
    3) They hunt with traditional equipment
    4) They shoot does
    5) They don't do any stupid fancy editing
In my opinion, that is what makes your channel so good. Keep up the good work.

  5. Question, you have a 100 grain broad head with a 100 grain insert. What spine arrow are you using?

  6. Geeze man Shane and the damn recurve bucks in close! I love seeing serious hunters sticking with stick bows.

  7. I've watched many hunting videos online and Shane is one of the better hunters I have seen. He is persistent and challenges himself. Well done man. You are way underrated.

  8. Wow PERFECT shot man. "Thank God I don't have to go out tomorrow" I love hunting but definitely get that feeling lol

  9. lol…Shane has killed so many deer and still gets as excited as though it's his first!
    and that's awesome!!!

  10. I've attempted to film a few of my hunts, I gave up after getting busted several times … This ain't easy that's for sure. Nice Job!

  11. Congrats! Dealing with the camera, grunt call and then drawing down on him as his leg goes forward is alot to get done in such close quarters, but you did it man!
Also, good job mentioning veteran's day and giving thanks…classy and respectful. Thanks for sharing!
