  1. Yes very good video footage of apollo there when you're watching apollo's ears he responds very well when you give him a command..apollo must be a very popular horse there..that was very nice of that guy to help out with the gate that was stuck on the rock there.

  2. My chuckle of the day was him at the box after you got on. He kept tapping his feet as if to remind you "Aw mom, you're in the saddle, we should be moving by now." And then he finally turned to look at you because you didn't get his foot stomping as if to say "Are we going or just standing here? I want to get moving mom, it's what we do when you get in the saddle. Wait, you're testing me to stand still. Rats, you outsmarted me again!" LOL I did enjoy this camera angle shot as it gave me a good idea of the speed difference between a Friesian and Arab. You can definitely see that the Friesian is a much slower horse at a run. So thank you both for this learning video to validate what I believed to be the truth. I think validation is necessary for someone learning something so again, another smile from me today. Only this one was for you and not Apollo. : )

  3. I so appreciate the way you communicate with your boys and being able to see whatโ€™s happening with your hands in addition is that much more appreciated. I hope to be the calm, gentle and strong rider that you are Tara โค๏ธ

  4. Love watching Apollo, heโ€™s like poetry in motion. Donโ€™t know whether itโ€™s harder or easier on a bike or horse opening those gates. Apollo has his fans everywhere. His mane is definitely worth watching when he canters. X

  5. I kept tilting my phone trying to see where you were !! Lovely position to see Apollo's beautiful flowing mane & the way you use your hands with the reins.
I once had the privilege of riding a police horse at the school my husband used to teach at, he had the police come every year to show students what they do – after trying to get the mounted section for about 4 years he finally got them to bring two beauties- one of the officers just jumped down & gave me his gorgeous bay, me only 5 foot tall didn't hesitate to climb aboard, all 16 hands 2 !!
A student came over & asked if he could feed his Mars bar to the horse, l was just going to say no when the officer said "yeah, he'll love it !!" & he certainly did !!!

  6. Hi Tara, thanks for putting effort into editing this for us, I enjoyed it very much. Nice to have a different perspective for a change – who could not enjoy 13 minutes of watching Apollo's head and shoulders?! ๐Ÿ™‚

  12. Your videos are always great whether you are on Farouk or Apollo, Tara.๐ŸŒน๐ŸŒน.
Itโ€™s great to see the video from a different angle, we all really enjoy ๐Ÿ˜Š going riding with you & enjoy your commentaries.โค๏ธ๐Ÿ’›๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿ’–

  13. Always nice to see you at the introduction of your video, and you are right it was interesting to see your hands, and Apolloโ€™s head and how he responds to you. ๐Ÿ’•

  14. Love your videos my only problem is not wearing hi vis when on the road. Please wear even if itโ€™s a 5 minutes walk out. Itโ€™s not worth the risk. Still love all your content though

  15. I quite enjoyed that head cam position however I kept tilting my head backwards so I could try to see the road ahead!!! ๐Ÿ˜†๐Ÿ˜† itโ€™s funny what you get used to. That busy road is super loud!! Apollo was very cool as youโ€™d expect. How did Farouk go on that road? I expect weโ€™ve all seen the video but I didnโ€™t remember seeing Farouk on such a busy road and so close to cars ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ™‹

  16. S0 enjoy watching Apollo canter. He is so powerful. The camera angle shows that well. Fun cameo of the burger van man. Apollo is popular wherever he goes. Thank you'

  17. There nothing I look forward to more than having done the dogs, horses, hubby breakfast than to sit ALONE lol, with a cuppa & watch your video. Thank you Tara. Xxx
