  1. Honestly ase a American football player I think rugby players would just destroy the NFL by their sheer strength and muscle not fat size.

  2. 1:22 slight inward collapse of the knees with the hexagon bar deadlift. Slight external rotation of the feet will help prevent the knees going inwards and more outwards. 🙂 But overall great video.
