  1. Hi I'm a beginner, have just started with my kettle bel swing ( 5 reps at a time) . Can I alternate kettle bell swing and battle rope? Or is it too early? Chances of injury?

  3. doing battle rope circuits like this, can i actually completely give up treadmill stuff? I hate treadmill but love cardio.
