  3. Have you ever checked out Chloe Bruce and her sister( The Bruce Sistaz) on their channel. If so, what do you think of her and her training. If she had a son you would be the off spring.

  4. I thought you were a taekwondo man, which is mostly kicks. I'm trying your stretches, it's helping but man do I have a long way to go.

  5. Cool video Donavan!! Looking first to incorporate these in my trainings 🙂 I have a question about building knee strengths. I'm slightly overweight and I have been training for 4 years now. Recently, I feel that my knees are getting weaker, most probably due to my weight. What sort of exercises would you recommend for me to build up the strength in my knees? Can't wait for your next videos!
