Oh believe me, this coaches probably train their students with major plyometrics and kicking with a resistance band attached to the wall, they use weights and probably they themselves do that, these olympics athletes do some really intense training to develop legs,core,upperbody, but they add this drills to develop more force, speed, control, balance when they kick to the head.
