  1. I have an issue with flicking the ball. I get a good rotation but my release is too high and it doesn't get much range and also misses the hoop, going either left or right. Also, my elbow joint hurts all the time when I am shooting. Any solutions or videos I haven't found yet?

    Heels up does help improve my range a lot.
    However, I always jump forward a bit when heels up.
    Is there any suggestions on how to improve that?
    Also, it is more helpful if we have transcripts for the videos

  4. Hey coach i have been having a problem with my jumper. I found that yesterday i was shooting accurately and good but today my muscles were so sore and my jump was very low. Due to this i tend to jump forward ALOT for extra power. It makes it feel my form feel uncomfortable and the ball just goes left or right. I dont have much range at all but i was wondering that if i got range would my form feel alot more comfortable and would that stop my jumping problem?
