  3. that injury is from all of those over the head pushes and explosive movements, your heavy lat pulldowns and any type of benching.

    its between the Teres Major/Teres Minor, Lat and T4-T5

  4. you should look into IMS for trigger point release. it's so much better and less painful than having it done manually. that was savage!
