TN. The third exercise is called wall tilts. You are going to stand next to a wall bring
your feet one foot away from the wall leaving your pelvis and shoulders against the wall.
You are going to make an arch with your low back while maintaining your pelvis and shoulders
against the wall and your knees straight. Then you are going to flatten your back against
the wall, doing a pelvic tilt. So do an arch, make a big arch with your back, and then tuck,
where you flatten your back against the wall. When you master that the next step is to add
breath. So on the arch, you will add a deep breath with the arch, and then let the breath
out with the tuck while you flatten your back against the wall. All while trying to keep
your knees straight, your pelvis against the wall and your shoulders against the wall.
