let's practice together feet apart hands on the side rotate your head nah too sad the other way nah too sad very good legs apart a little more right down to the right side and I let gravity do the work to the side sad in the middle and AH and fat hot oh we did very nice I spread out two feet a little more hands on your knees we're bending to the right side first ready ah toward the other side said net again and I too said net very good I let sit down feet together or butterfly stretch hold your toes knees down as close to the floor as you can and ah exhaling and go down to breathe in I'll try to keep your back straight ah and the way you do it is by having your having your head move forward not down – then one more time now exhale to inhale okay now legs together and straight again the goal is to have your feet move towards your your head look towards your feet ah and forward – then so if you're very tight you can keep those knees slightly bent but the goal is to keep your legs straight now forward more time and AH so these simple stretches will help prevent injury
